Alamdanga (Bengali: আলমডাঙ্গা) is an Upazila of Chuadanga District in the Division of Khulna, Bangladesh.

Alamdanga is located at . It has 44699 units of house hold and total area 360.4 km².
As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Alamdanga has a population of 245524. Males constitute are 51.66% of the population, and females 48.34%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 127055. Alamdanga has an average literacy rate of 23.2% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
Alamdanga has 15 Unions/Wards, 129 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 191 villages. Asmankhali is a renowned place in Gangni Union, 15 km north from Chuadanga district head quarter. Gangni Union Parisad Office, a High School, a primary school etc. are situated here and Bi-Weekly Hat is occurring from the early days.Kairadanga is a well known village in the greater Kushtia district. It has 01 (one) nice looking primary school besides the main road. It has also 03 (three) mosque, 02 (two) eidgah. We are proud of this village Kairadanga. Mochainagar (বাংলা-মচাইনগর) is a famous village.
